Before it was renovated, the Pedestrian Tyne Tunnel was a great place for photography. Wooden escalators, interesting lighting and the general ambience of the tunnel all played a big part.
The ‘ghost’ in this photo is actually just a friend walking away down the tunnel – I used a long exposure to create the ghost-like blurred silhouette.
